Below an overview of the costs we (SAM) have to rescue a healthy dog from the streets into a loving Home. In the near future we hope to be able to cut these costs by having our own SAM-shelter and transport.
The costs are high due to the fact that Montenegro is not part of EU รกnd classified as a high risk rabies country. This means our rescues need to undergo a rabies blood titer test, minimum a month after their rabies vaccine, and can only travel 3 months after that test.
